Refund policy

Returns Policy

We offer returns on online orders within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • Protective lens film must remain intact
  • Free from scratches, makeup marks, or any signs of wear

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

As stock is limited, the fastest way to exchange is:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

(We will process the refund as soon as the return is inspected.)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at the email above

Non-Returnable Items

To keep customers safe and ensure product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used goggles
  • Goggles with protective lens film removed
  • Items showing wear, scratches, or residue

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund or decline a return if the item:

  • Is not in original condition
  • Is missing parts/packaging
  • Shows signs of use or damage

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery was refused, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
