1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of this location.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard 2 to 4 business days
• Express 1 to 3 business days
Free shipping is available for orders over £70.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days with photos of the item and packaging.
